House Rules

Everyone wants to enjoy a pleasant holiday at Domaine de Lallé. We do everything we can to make this happen. That's why we maintain certain house rules.

General

Upon arrival, guests and visitors must check in at reception. While enjoying a welcome drink, we'll register you and provide information about your stay.

Reception is open from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30. If you arrive after 17:30, you can find us at the campsite, at the bar, or you can WhatsApp or call us.

Reception is closed between 12:00 and 14:00. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 for camping spots and 15:00 for rental accommodations.

The camping spots are unassigned. You may choose your own spot. However, this is always done in consultation to ensure good harmony on the campsite.

Our campsite is car-free. Cars can be parked in the designated areas outside the camping area. There is (currently) no charging station available for electric cars.

Visitors are also welcome at Domaine de Lallé and must register at reception. We charge €5 per day for visitors.

Bar

The bar is open from 08:30 to 11:00 for bread collection and coffee or tea. In the afternoon, the bar is open from 15:00 to 22:30. Here you can get ice cream, local beer, soft drinks, or wine.

When food is available at Domaine de Lallé, this will be indicated on the boards. We ask everyone to sign up by 12:00 noon on the day itself.

Please note: The bar closes at 22:30. This is also when we request quiet time on the domain. Between 23:00 and 08:00, silence is required and we turn off the lights. This way, everyone can enjoy the millions of twinkling stars, and you might hear owls or see nocturnal animals.

Waste

We do our best to be environmentally conscious. We expect the same from our guests. We separate our waste in the appropriate containers at the entrance of the grounds.

We separate our waste as follows:

  • Glass
  • Plastic (bottles, metal packaging, cans, and drink cartons (PMD))
  • Paper and cardboard
  • Residual waste (bones, dirty paper, plastic, anything not included in the above list. Please dispose of in the container in a well-sealed garbage bag)
  • Please hand in empty batteries or other small chemical waste at reception.

Note: The waste bins in the sanitary building are only for sanitary waste. Everything else should be deposited in the appropriate containers at the entrance of the grounds.

Swimming

The campsite pool is open during high season from 10:00 to 19:00 and is only available for guests of Domaine de Lallé.

The pool is cleaned twice daily: once before opening and once immediately after closing.

Supervision is the responsibility of parents, and children without swimming certificates must always wear armbands.

Everyone must shower before entering the water. Showers are available at the pool entrance. Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.

Play & Playground Equipment

The use of playground equipment is entirely at your own risk. This also applies to playing in the play forest.

Open Fire & Safety

Open fires (fire baskets, campfires, or charcoal BBQs) are prohibited. Gas BBQs are allowed.

There is a fire pit on the large outdoor terrace where campsite staff regularly light campfires.

Multiple fire extinguishers are located throughout the grounds. In case of fire, this must be reported immediately to the campsite managers.

In case of emergency, you can always come to us. A first aid kit and AED are available at reception.

As a guest, you are responsible for your belongings. We cannot be held liable for theft or damage to campers' property. We are also not liable for accidents of any kind.

Drinking Water & Water Points

All taps provide soft, drinkable water. The water points on the grounds are not connected to drainage. Please do dishes and rinsing at the sanitary facilities.

Pets

A maximum of two dogs per pitch are welcome at Domaine de Lallé. Dogs must always be leashed on the grounds. Clean up droppings immediately. You'll find two bins with bags for disposing of waste.

Dogs are not allowed in the sanitary facilities or by the pool.

A European passport, implanted chip, and valid vaccination card are required. Before visiting Domaine de Lallé, please read up on French legislation at https://nl.france.fr/nl/bereid-je-reis-voor-naar-frankrijk/neemt-u-uw-hond-mee-op-vakantie. Not just about what's not allowed, but also about the differences in dangers and how to protect your dog.

Dogs can be walked outside the campsite. Ask us where exactly.

The Animals at Lallé

Several animals live in their enclosures at Domaine de Lallé. Only campsite managers may feed the animals. The access gates to animal enclosures must always remain closed.

Sanitary Facilities and Hygiene

Playing is not allowed in the sanitary building, and young children may only use the facilities under adult supervision.

Our sanitary facilities are cleaned twice daily. However, we expect our guests to help keep everything clean. If this is not the case, we appreciate being informed.

You can empty and clean your chemical toilet on the right side of the sanitary building. Due to our septic tank and environmental concerns, only biodegradable fluids may be used.

Laundry

Need fresh and clean laundry? That's possible. In the sanitary building, you'll find a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. You can also hand wash items here. Outside, next to the sanitary building, you can hang your laundry.

To use the washing machine or dryer, you can get tokens at reception. A washing token costs €5, which includes detergent. Due to our septic tank, personal detergents are not allowed.

Exit

Be careful when entering and leaving the domain. The curve has poor visibility
